Granting Legal Aid – 12th February 2016
The main reason for audit failure, civil and crime, remains not granting Legal Help or CRM 1/2 advice and assistance correctly. Whether this is wrongly completed means calculations, unacceptable evidence of means or more contentious sufficient benefit decisions this session will cover how to avoid nil assessments.
We will cover all the administrative and delegated function (devolved power) requirements when you grant legal aid in civil controlled work and criminal freestanding advice and assistance
