The file sample, for reasons which still remain unclear, sat in archive boxes somewhere at the LSC/LAA for over 3-years.
They were then audited.
We wrote an appeal in the summer of 2014.
We wrote five, frankly helpful, Points of Principle in January 2015.
Today we are trying to find audit paperwork for the LAA and the PoPs have not even been put to the Chair of the Cost Appeal Committee – let alone the CAC it’s self.
We are now the best part of 5 years into this process.
Throughout we have always complied with the required deadlines – usually starting at 28 days.
