Our decision is properly made and we will not revisit it. All you can now do is make an Application 2 to our Sector B

We will not accept your Application 2. Having reviewed the issues however we believe that our original decision was unarguably and objectively perverse and we therefore propose, as an alternative to Application 2, to revisit it, should you wish us so to do.
