Generally, with the exception of phone calls, I get to listen to Radcliffe and Maconie in the afternoon on BBC 6 Music. It caters for my musical tastes, keeps me up to date with new releases and occasionally introduces me to new bands. This week I got interrupted, by such a call, half way through this by Darlingside. I then put my headphones back on for last half of “The Peat Dance” by Danish String Quartet. (I was going to post both but cannot find a video of the latter so you will have to track it down yourselves.) Both fantastic new acts to me, which will get a serious listen to at the weekend.
