Friday Song Special

Once again I am banging the drum about the sheer quality and variety of live music on show in the UK – it is not hard to find. Britain has got amazing talent however it’s currently somewhere other than on prime time TV.

Last Saturday, with 10-days notice, Cleveland FBU put on a benefit for the Grenfell Tower fund. 2 local acts, “Cape Cub” and “Towzer” dived in and provided 2 magnificent sets. You can see both and much, much more at this year’s Twisterella Festival.

Then last night we got to see 2 more “The Howl and the Hum” and “Catholic Action” – both superb despite a frankly poor crowd.
