The notification process for 2018 Face-to-Face (F2F) Civil Contracts is now well under way. You will probably have received an email inviting you to check the message board on your Selection Questionnaire ITT, at the Bravo solutions e-portal. (If you have not check anyway, but don’t panic it takes them some time for them to complete this task).
The attached letter will tell you that your bid has been successful and supply a schedule of the grant(s) made.
Most importantly it begins the verification process which must be completed by 20/7/18.
Usually they make further specific verification requests, again through the portal, however there is a strong implication that this time it is down to you. Positively they are providing all firms with specifically named contacts with whom you can discuss this process via the message system.
The precise verification requirements can be found at Annex C of the IFA, from page 147.
In summary these are:

Evidence of current Quality Standard – Lexcel or SQM
SRA (or other) authorisation – even though existing firms have already provided this as part of the bid
Indemnity form – we thought they would provide prepopulated version from your SQ answers, but this appears, on the face of it, not to be the case

Office details
Legal Aid Account number – you need to request an AC1 form to commence this process
Further onsite verification, supervisor ratios etc., will follow contract start date in September.
