Yesterday we had a single incident of “autorecbot” activity – the reconciliation of criminal contracts with a significant reduction in the SMP to be made. This has increased overnight. Each case can only be judged on its individual circumstances which do seem to vary and some have found quick solutions. For others there are 2 immediate actions you need to take:
- Request the reconciliation spreadsheet
- Request that the 7.5% pull forward, allowed under an earlier LSC/TLS Protocol, be applied – they WILL NOT do this automatically.
