Judgement is now expected tomorrow and indications are that leave to appeal will be granted whichever way it goes. What happens whilst this trundles on is less clear.

I have just received an email from the LSC confirming that judgement was handed down in favour of the Law Society. It said on Radio 4 that the tender process was found to be unlawful.
Fingers crossed that they do the right thing, or that they were strongly urged to do the right thing. Thanks to you guys for your support and assistance thus far !!!!
