Quite how “intense” the pressure over Legal Aid cuts is, and more pertinently how intense it will need to be to achieve anything, remains to be seen.
That said good on TLS for getting stuck in, though I cant help thinking that highlighting Lord Bach’s proposed “efficiency savings” and restructuring of the CDS, as a viable alternative, might well be a mistake.
