Since Monday my life at JRS HQ has been immeasurably improved (not sure that the others share the same view – except Graham). I will no longer only hear them on occasional late journeys home. Plus an additional bonus; no more “irritating” Richard Bacon in the afternoon.
We often provide generic text for firms undertaking their own appeals/reviews etc. This morning Helen and I have decided that the flowing text might prove useful; “Has the assessor even looked at the file?”
