It is worth noting this from the LSC:
“Version 8 Forms CDS14, CDS15 and CDS16 will be introduced on 4 April 2011 however we have listened to feedback from providers on the operational impact when releasing new forms. To take account of this, we are implementing a longer lead time than usual and will continue to accept Version 7 forms for three months after our current stock is exhausted.”
