No plans on Crime before 2015.
A bid round to increase mediation service
Mandatory Telephone Gateway – Debt, Discrimination SEN and Community Care
Specialist Telephone Advice as above but including Housing and Family
Family Supervisor standard to be Children Panel Membership for Public Law
SQM or Lexcel by Contract start date (though this is hardly new).
The thing to get moving on, for those not already on it, will be Children Panel membership. The Lexcel v SQM decision remains – we are more and more convinced by the former, and a little surprised SQM has even survived.
