We continue to wrestle with the ITT issue discussed yesterday and in particular Selection criteria A.2. This seemingly requires that you have a full time supervisor (employed for a minimum of 35-hour per week) at each office. This despite contract seeming to work on an Organisational level.
The implications of this – especially in existing advice deserts – will be dramatic. It is also counter to all previous practice and comes unheralded. We are seeking clarification of this through a number of channels not least the FAQ route. If it affects you you should probably do the same. Having previously witnessed dramatic changes of interpretation during a bid round all we can hope is that happens here and bidding can be conducted as normal.
