Post bid verification and the weather are dominating the agenda in Middlesbrough, it is still snowing here, quite heavily at times.
The issues discussed in the “Panto season” posts below continue to persist especially with regard to supervisor forms and panel membership certificates/dates. TLS have approached the LSC on the points the response does not provide a great deal of clarity – belt and braces suggests that re-submitting the previously sent supervisor form will be required.
We encourage you to respond by the implied 25th January deadline whilst reiterating that this is not really the case. The IFA makes it clear that no sanction will be applied until “Contract Start Date”.
