8th February Preparing for 2013 Civil Contracts
This is a re-run of the previous course dealing with the practical issues in the transition between the old and new schemes. The session will cover issues such as ongoing cases, caseload management and client communication in the run up to April. This too is a course we have has some requests to repeat and one which becomes increasingly relevant as the new Contract approaches.
