Crucifixion?

This Gazette speculates on the scope of the second consultation Grayling has promised subsequent to his PCT/Client choice climb-down. It does so in the context of an anticipated further “grilling” by the House of Commons Justice Committee.

A JRS client was recently told by LAA staff that this was going to be a fresh document in which Respondents will be asked to “choose” there preferred option from a range. (Has an X Factor style televised phone poll been ruled out?) What these were s/he did not speculate, on past record a clumsy amalgam of warmed up, leftover proposals one suspects.

Crucifixion? Good. Out of the door line on the left one cross each.
