Hot on the heels of the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 comes more pre-case bureaucracy. Trying not to sound like an angry correspondent to the Daily Mail; why, oh why, oh why do we have to deal with more completely unnecessary red tape?
You will need to have a look at this and bring people up to speed on the Civil Legal Aid Residence Test. Yes you’ve guessed it you will also need to collect more evidence at the start of the case too.
It comes into effect on 4th August 2014.
