Two positive appeal results yesterday – one fell into the category “charidy work I do”*, which means I do not want to talk about it i.e. give our involvement away.
The other involved a CRM 7 reduced to an HSF on the back of a mistaken Higher Limit. This pointed out they reinstated it as a NSF. Yes unbelievable isn’t it – you would get a contract notice for that.
*With hindsight this is a little darker than originally intended.
