I wondered how soon it would be before this resulted in a mid case car crash.
The only surprise is that it has taken so long for this to materialise.
Today a teenage mum in a private law children case has had her LA stopped just ahead of a contested final hearing. Yes, utter madness isn’t it.
Does anyone know of a successful, or otherwise, challenge to this nonsense?
(Yes I am reading the doomed ECF application as we speak)
