The most basis advice is “do it” before that date. It is relatively straightforward – reply to the incoming message on the Bravo solutions message board and attach the relevant documents. This is not helped by a Supervisor Declaration template which does not work properly (section 4) and a near incomprehensible indemnity form.
That aside, confirm the info in the tables contained in the letter – up to 3 items Own & Duty contractors, up to 8 Own Client only firms – SRA number and LA a/c number, your address etc.
