The FAQ document was published yesterday, albeit a couple of days late. As ever it did not fully engage with the issues with which our client have concerns, plus ça change. It certainly contains nothing, however, that should stop any of those we are assisting from finally pressing the “Submit Response” button.
So guys if you have a compliant bid, with all mandatory fields complete, off you go (it will not let you submit if this is not the case so don’t worry).
